Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.
Accessibility tools on this site
Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:
- Increase or decrease text size.
- Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
- Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
- Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.
Getting around the lodge
Four lodge rooms and one cabin are step free from the car park, with wide doorways, roll-in showers and grab rails. The great room, Timberline Table, the Map Room and the lower hot spring pool are all reachable without steps, and a lift serves the second floor of the main building.
The paths to the Creekside cabins are gravel and gently sloped, and the cart will take you door to door at any hour. Tell us what you need when you book and we will match you to the right room rather than guessing.
