Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Rates, deposits and cancellation
Every rate, package price and offer shown on this website is a sample figure published for demonstration purposes and is not an offer to contract. Confirmed pricing is provided in writing when a booking is made.
Free cancellation applies up to 14 days before arrival for rooms and 30 days for cabins and whole-property bookings. Inside those windows the first night is charged. If a road or airport closure prevents your arrival, no cancellation charge is made.
At the property
Check in is from 4 pm and check out by 11 am. Quiet hours run from 10 pm to 7 am. Dogs are welcome in cabins and the great room for a per-stay fee, on a lead in shared areas, and are not permitted in Timberline Table or the hot springs.
The hot springs, sauna, trails and firepit are used at your own risk. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pools and sauna. The lodge sits at 6,450 feet, and guests with heart or respiratory conditions should take advice before using the hot pools.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors anywhere on the property.
- Open fires are allowed only in the courtyard firepit and in room stoves, using wood we supply.
- Wildlife must not be fed or approached. Moose with calves are dangerous and are best given a wide margin.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of WY.
